A fee of 1% of the loan amount is charged to those who ask us to arrange a mortgage. This fee is due on completion and can often be added to the loan.
An initial fee of £200 for a standard mortgage, and £100 for a Lifetime Mortgage is required on application. This fee is fully refunded at completion.
